Hot and Sour Radish Sticks

Wash the radish and cut into large pieces, 1cm thick, and then cut into finger-sized strips, the whole is palm-sized, don’t cut it off.

Cut the radishes and put them in pots.

Hang the radish pieces one by one on the hanger and expose them to the sun.

After two days in the sun, the radish sticks were slightly curled and half of the water was dried. It was easier to bite with your teeth, and at the same time, the croaking sound of cotton can be put away.

Tear the radishes into strips. To clean and hygienic, wash the dust off in the drying process with cold water, and let it dry for a while. During this process, ginger and garlic can be cut. Shred ginger, mince garlic, forget to take photos, save it.

Put the radish strips, chopped peppers, ginger and garlic together in a basin, and add a small amount of salt, because there is probably salt in the chopped peppers.
