Hot and Sour Sauce with Sirloin Steak

Sirloin steak is marinated with mixed spices, red wine and salt for more than 4 hours, kiwi fruit is cut into pieces, and other ingredients are finely chopped

Hot pot, saute onion and garlic

Boil the kiwi fruit into puree, add soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, chili oil, and adjust to your favorite sourness
