Hot and Sour Sausage Noodles

1. Ingredients to be prepared: cooked sausages; hot peppers; beans; garlic; diced mustard tubers; bitter cabbage; Sichuan Dandan noodle seasoning;

2. Bitter vegetables, wash and set aside.

3. Cooked fatty intestines; sharp peppers; beans; garlic; diced separately. Soak day lily with clear water.

4. First, stir-fry the fatty intestines with oil, and pour some Sichuan Dandan noodle condiments.

5. Then add the stock or boiling water, put some jelly beans, diced chili, light soy sauce, pepper oil, mustard, peanuts, and after boiling, add bitter vegetables and sweet potato powder. About 15 minutes. That's it.

6. Put it out of the pot, sprinkle some chopped green onions, and pour some old vinegar.
