Hot and Sour Taro Pork Ribs

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Wash the ribs and soak them in water for a while soaking in bleeding water.

Cut the taro into pieces with a hob.

Cut green pepper into small pieces. (Last used)

Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and vinegar and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of water to submerge the vegetables and boil.

Put it in the pressure cooker and press for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add taro and stir evenly, then close the lid and steam and press for 5 minutes.
14.
Add the pressed taro ribs to the green pepper and stir-fry for a while and it will be out.
