Hot and Sour Tofu Soup

Cut the tofu into small pieces, I cut it a bit bigger. Wash the kelp shreds and cut twice in the middle, and slice the shiitake mushrooms

Beat eggs and set aside, dice onion and green pepper;

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add onions, tofu, and mushrooms in turn and stir-fry slightly

Add a small amount of water to the pot, add shredded kelp, boil for 3 minutes;

Stir the starch with water and pour it into the pot;
6.
Slowly pour in the egg mixture, add crushed green peppers one minute later, add salt, pepper and vinegar to taste according to your taste;
7.
Eat hot and sour soup while it's hot!
