Hot and Sour Vegetable Moss

Heat the pot and add an appropriate amount of salad oil;

Add dried chilies and sauté until fragrant;

Tips:
After adding vinegar, the vegetable moss must be quickly stir-fried, and it can be out of the pot after it is evenly stir-fried. Do not fry for too long or it will not turn yellow.
