Hot and Spicy Beef Kimchi Soup

Place the second and third washes in a stone pot. In addition, put an appropriate amount of pumpkin in the rice pot and cook the rice.

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the vegetables well and set aside.

After the rice water is boiled, put all the chopped vegetables in.

Then immediately add a spoonful of Korean hot sauce and stir in the soup.

Add 10g of oil to the cut beef and stir well.

After the soup is boiled, put the beef in for a count of 5 seconds.

Add the beef and cook for 5 seconds, immediately put the tofu in, and then add the kimchi.

Add salt, monosodium glutamate, and fish sauce to the soup, and finally pour in the rest of the oil.

Cut the garlic diagonally into small circles and place them on the soup at the end.

Stir the cooked pumpkin rice evenly so that the rice is evenly blended with the pumpkin, serve the rice, and start eating.
