Hot Dog Bun

Put all the main image except the butter into the ACA bread maker, start the bread maker dough program, add the softened butter in a dough for 10 minutes, continue stirring, knead until the expansion stage, cover the bread maker and ferment at room temperature to double its size.

The fermented dough is vented into 4 equal parts, rounded and relaxed for 15 minutes.

Roll out the loose dough and roll it into an olive shape, put it in the baking tray, and put the baking tray in the ACA oven to ferment to 1.5 times its size (the oven puts a bowl of hot water to increase the humidity).

Brush the fermented dough with a thin layer of egg liquid. Sprinkle some sesame seeds, put the four sausages on the baking tray and bake them. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

Preheat it and put it into the ACA oven, the middle and lower layer, 180 degrees for 20 minutes, after the color is satisfied, cover with tin foil.

Take a piece of bread, cut it from the middle, don't cut the bottom, put lettuce, grilled sausage, and squeeze some salad dressing and tomato sauce on it.
