Hot Dog Bun
1.
In addition to butter, other ingredients are poured into the bucket of the bread machine, in the order of liquid first, then powder, and then a hole is dug in the middle to add yeast powder.
2.
Start the bread maker's dough function. (My bread machine's dough function is kneading + fermentation, the total is 1 hour and 40 minutes)
3.
When the dough is formed, add butter and continue to knead. The whole process is about 50 minutes or so, until the expansion stage.
4.
Then the dough is doubled.
5.
Take out the dough and let it ventilate, divide it into six equal parts, roll it round and relax for 15 minutes.
6.
Take a loose dough and roll it into an oval dough sheet.
7.
Roll up from top to bottom, and close the mouth on both sides.
8.
Put it in the oven to ferment, put a bowl of hot water at the bottom of the oven, and make it twice as big.
9.
After fermentation is complete, brush the bread with egg liquid.
10.
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the middle layer of the preheated oven, and bake at 170 degrees for about 13-15 minutes.
11.
After the bread is baked, let it cool and set aside.
12.
Take 2 sausages and bake them in oven 210 for about 7 minutes.
13.
After the bread cools, cut a knife in the middle of the bread with a serrated knife, do not cut it, and spread the lettuce leaves.
14.
Pinch the grilled hot dogs.
15.
Squeeze a little salad dressing.
16.
Finished picture.
Tips:
1. Sausages can also be replaced with ham sausages, ketchup or peanut butter can be squeezed on the sausages.
2. I only made 2 hot dog buns. The other buns are put in a fresh-keeping bag while it is warm, and can be frozen in the refrigerator. When you want to eat, take out the oven and bake it at low temperature, and then you can also put lettuce and hot dogs. Wait for the ingredients to be eaten, it is very convenient and fast, and a good choice for breakfast!
