Hot Dog Bun

1. Put all the ingredients in the bread machine, except for the butter. Press the kneading button twice, add butter, and press the kneading button again.

2. Fermented to 2 times the size.

3. Divide equally into 6 parts, vent, and let stand for 15 minutes.

4. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into slices.

5. Roll up.

6. Put it in the baking dish.

7. The fermentation is twice as big.

8. Brush the surface with egg wash.

9. 170°C, 25 minutes for the middle layer. Cut with a knife in the middle of the temperature.

10. Fry the sausages in the pan and squeeze the tomato sauce.
