When I was young, I never knew the importance of breakfast. I used the breakfast money my parents gave me every day to buy other things. I gradually discovered that there were so many disadvantages in skipping breakfast. So now my family’s breakfast has become my motivation for researching food. And recently, food safety issues have become more and more worrying. It is extremely important to have a nutritious and appetizing breakfast for the family. This hot dog bun is hand-picked by my sister, and it is for busy students and office workers. In other words, the best plan for the day lies in the morning, and a delicious breakfast can make a day full of energy.

Hot Dog Bun

1. Prepare materials

2. Knead water, salt, sugar, high powder and yeast into a smooth dough, add softened unsalted butter and knead to the extent that it can expand

3. Put it in a warm place

4. Fermented to 2 times larger

5. Exhaust is divided into 4 equal parts, rounded, and left for 15 minutes

6. Roll out the dough and roll it up from one side to form an olive shape

7. Put it in the oven for the second fermentation, 45 minutes

8. After the second fermentation, brush the egg liquid evenly on the bread

9. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds

10. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes

11. Wait for the bread to cool slightly after it is out of the oven, cut it in the middle, don't cut it, just put in your favorite ingredients

Tips:

1. The size of the bread can be divided according to your needs, I am an adult, so I divided it into 4;
2. In addition to sausages, potato salad or something can be placed at home if conditions permit, or tomato sauce can be topped on it;
3. If the unfinished bread is tightly stored in a plastic bag, it is best to eat it in the refrigerator within 2 days in summer.
