The white part of the material is ready

Knead together with other ingredients except soft butter (to form a ball)

When the dough is kneaded (beating) to 50%, add soft butter and continue kneading (beating)

Knead (beat) the dough until it can be pulled out into a film

Divide into 5 small doughs, cover with plastic wrap for the first fermentation

Fermentation is good to take a dough and roll it into a tongue shape

Roll it down from top to bottom to form a suitable length

Put the whole shape in the mold, put it in the oven (without fire or low residual temperature) and close the door for the second fermentation

After fermenting, take out and brush with egg liquid

Sprinkle with sesame seeds, bake in the oven, and roast at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes (time is for reference only)
