Hot Dog Bun
1.
Pour other ingredients except butter into the bucket of the bread machine, in the order of liquid first, then powder, and then dug a hole in the middle to add yeast powder to start the bread machine's dough function. (My bread machine has the function of kneading and fermentation, the total is 1 hour and 40 minutes)
2.
Knead for about 10 minutes when it becomes a dough, add butter and continue to knead for about 50 minutes, until the expansion stage.
3.
Then the dough is doubled in size. Dip flour with your fingers and press it down without shrinking or collapsing.
4.
Take out the dough and let it ventilate, divide it into six equal parts, roll it round and relax for 15 minutes.
5.
Take a loose dough and roll it into an oval dough sheet.
6.
Roll up from top to bottom, and close the mouth on both sides.
7.
Put it in the oven to ferment, put a bowl of hot water at the bottom of the oven, and make it twice as big.
8.
After the second serving, brush the bread with egg liquid.
9.
Sprinkle a little white sesame seeds.
10.
Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 13-15 minutes. After the bread is baked, let it cool and set aside.
11.
Take 2 sausages and bake them in oven 210 for about 7 minutes. (Bake a few if you eat a few)
12.
After the bread cools, cut a knife in the middle of the bread with a serrated knife, do not cut it, and spread the lettuce leaves.
13.
Pinch the grilled hot dogs.
14.
Squeeze the salad dressing.
Tips:
1. Sausages can also be replaced with ham sausages, ketchup or peanut butter can be squeezed on the sausages.
2. I only made 2 hot dog buns. The other buns are put in a fresh-keeping bag while it is warm and can be frozen in the refrigerator. When you want to eat, take out the oven and bake it at low temperature, and add food, hot dogs and other ingredients.
