Hot Dog Sausage Rolls
1.
Add water to the bucket of the bread maker, add dry yeast, stir with chopsticks and set aside
2.
Add other ingredients except butter, choose a 15-minute kneading program and mix
3.
After kneading the dough, put in the butter cubes and start a 15-minute kneading program again.
4.
After kneading the dough, start a fermentation process, and the dough will rise to 2.5 times the size
5.
Take the fermented dough out of the air, divide it into 6 parts and knead it into circles, let it rest for ten minutes
6.
Take a piece of dough and knead it on the chopping board into thin noodles
7.
Take out a hot dog sausage and wrap the noodles around it until the whole hot dog sausage is wrapped
8.
Make all the rolls in turn, put them in the oven for the final fermentation, and put a bowl of boiling water on the bottom of the oven until the dough becomes twice as large as the original.
9.
The surface of the fermented dough is lightly brushed with a layer of egg liquid.
10.
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the surface of the dough
11.
Put it in the middle layer of the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and ready to be out of the oven. (Depending on the coloring of the skin, my oven may not have enough color. Finally, I bake it at 200 degrees for a few minutes to get a satisfactory skin.)
12.
Take a bite, the fragrance fills the room!
