Hot Nest Chicken

Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces, blanch it in a pot to remove blood. Remove and drain for later use

Dice green bamboo shoots, cut a large piece of ginger into small pieces, cut green onion into small pieces, shredded, 3 small cloves of garlic, 3 teaspoons of bean paste for later use

Thicken (Gorgon powder, vinegar, sugar, and water are mixed into Gorgon juice)

Increase or decrease the amount of vinegar in the juice according to your own taste.
