Hot Noodle Soup with Mung Bean Sprouts and Vegetables

1. The mung bean sprouts grown by hydroponic cultivation are convenient and hygienic.

2. Remove the roots and wash the sprouts.

3. Wash the tomatoes and slice them, soak the fungus in advance and freeze them for storage. Wash the leeks and parsley and finely chop them.

4. Put all the spices in a bowl and rinse with hot soup. (The cooking process is omitted)

5. A bowl of hot noodle soup is perfect for rainy days

Tips:

Leeks don't need to be boiled in a pot, and the noodle soup is warm. I personally think it tastes better than chopped green onions.
