Hot Noodles with Sesame Paste

Prepare the ingredients, dice the mustard tuber, chop the green onion and parsley and set aside.

Bring water to a boil in the pot, add the noodles and cook for 5-6 minutes, remove the cold water.

Add 1 tablespoon less water to the sesame paste, mix well and dilute, add sesame oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili oil and appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

The noodles are served on a plate and topped with the mixed sauce.

Add diced mustard, peanuts, coriander and chopped green onion, and stir well before eating.
Tips:
1. Hot dry noodles in Hubei usually have diced carrots and capers, but I didn't buy these, so I used pickled mustard.
2. Prepare some cucumber shreds, and it feels better to eat together.
3. The alcoholic peanuts bought directly from peanuts save a lot of trouble, O(∩_∩)O haha~
