Hot Noodles with Sesame Paste

Let’s process the noodles first and buy fresh alkali noodles

Boil the water in the pot, then put the noodles in and cook

Stir it with chopsticks while cooking, pick it up when it's 6 or 7 minutes cooked

Cool down with shower water, drain the water and put it on the chopping board

Add the right amount of sesame oil and use chopsticks to spread the noodles

This way the noodles won't stick together. You can cover the noodles with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator. It is convenient to take them out when you want to eat them!

Stir-fry the spicy diced radish, because it is packed in bulk, it is more hygienic to fry and heat!

Put the tahini sauce in a bowl and melt it with warm water

Boil an appropriate amount of water in the pot until it boils. Put the previously cooked noodles in to blanch, turn off the heat immediately, and fish up the noodles. (Because the noodles are already half-cooked, they will be cooked just by blanching

Scoop up the noodles and put them in a bowl

Add salt, soy sauce, vinegar, chicken essence

Add tahini and chili sauce.

Finally, sprinkle with diced carrots and chopped green onion, mix well and eat!
Tips:
1. After cooking the inside of the electronics outside, use an electric fan to cool it and then add oil to scatter it. It is more convenient to let cool water directly at home, but the water must be drained!
2. Alkali noodles can also be made at home. Add 3g~5g of edible alkali to 500g of flour, and add about 190g of water to form a dough, and then press it with a noodle machine to make fresh alkali noodles!
