Hot Noodles with Sesame Paste

Let’s process the noodles (alkali) first, buy fresh alkali noodles

Boil the water in the pot, then put the noodles in and cook

Tips:
1. After cooking the noodles in the store outside, use an electric fan to cool them and then add oil to scatter them. It is more convenient to let the cold water flow directly at home, but the water should be drained!
2. Alkali noodles can also be made at home. Add 3g~5g of edible alkali to 500g of flour, and add about 190g of water to form a dough, and then press it with a noodle machine to make fresh alkali noodles!
