Hot Noodles with Sesame Paste

Add sesame oil, water, dark soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, brine juice and mix thoroughly.

Stir-fry the peanuts, peel them, and roll them with a rolling pin to turn them into crushed peanuts.

Dice cowpea and spicy radish, chopped green onion and set aside.

Add the boiling oil to the chili noodles to make chili oil.

Put the noodles in the pot and boil the noodles until they are half cooked and remove.

Remove and drain the water and put it in sesame oil, so that each noodle is stained with oil, add sesame paste, chopped peanuts, green onions, pepper, vinegar, and chili oil.
Tips:
Finally, when you take out the noodles, the water should be cleaned, and the sesame sauce should be slightly dry, so that the noodles will feel wrapped. The noodles are put in the pot to cook the noodles because some regions do not have soda noodles, but we can't miss the deliciousness. This is my own way of thinking.
