Hot Pepper Squid Fillet

Main and auxiliary ingredients: squid slices, green chili

Cut the green hot pepper into strips.

Boil water in a pot, add squid slices and blanch. It can be taken out after blanching, rinse well and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add hot peppers. Stir fry over high heat until the peppers are soft. Cook soy sauce.

Put in spare squid slices.

Stir fry quickly and evenly. Season with salt and monosodium glutamate, stir well and turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. When blanching the squid slices, do not overheat, just blanch them thoroughly.
2. The cooking process should be done quickly.
