Hot Pot

1. Seaweed knots, fungus, lotus seeds, shiitake mushrooms soak well

2. Tear the fungus into small pieces by hand, cut the carrot into thin strips, and slice the mushrooms.

3. Boil the soaked soybeans and set aside

4. Put the glutinous rice flour into the minced pork, add seasonings and stir to form a dough

5. Roll into small balls one by one and put them in glutinous rice flour for later use

6. Put lotus seeds and kelp knot in the pot, add enough water to boil

7. After the water is boiled, pour the small balls and stir gently to prevent sticking to the pan

8. Cook until the balls float, add shiitake mushrooms, carrot shreds and fungus

9. Cook until all ingredients are cooked through

10. Add cooked soybeans
