Fresh silver carp, clean up, do not need to be fried, directly put in the electric pot to cook, the taste is very delicious. Adding a few shiitake mushrooms and a few slices of white radish not only enriches the taste of hot pot fish, but also increases nutrition.

Hot Pot Fish

1. Wash dried shiitake mushrooms and soak in cold water

2. Remove the gills, intestines, scales and wash the silver carp

3. Chopped green onion, ginger and garlic

4. Add bean paste to the electric pot

5. Add the soaked shiitake mushrooms and some water

6. Add green onion, ginger and garlic

7. Put in silver carp

8. Cover the pot and turn on the power to cook

9. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook

10. Use the cooking time to wash the white radish and cut into slightly thicker slices

11. Cook the silver carp until 8 minutes cooked, add the white radish to the pot and cook

12. Add appropriate amount of salt, cook and enjoy

1. Condiments are added according to personal taste.
2. The side dishes are selected according to personal preference.
3. The cooking time is based on the cooked ingredients.
