Hot Scallion Pot Cake

Wash the chives and prepare the ham.

Put the flour, cornstarch, and eggs in a container.

Dice ham and chop green onions.

Mix flour, starch, eggs, and water (additionally) to make a batter. (Thinness is the same as pancakes)

Heat the pan, and wipe the bottom of the pan with a small amount of oil dipped in gauze.

Use a spoon to scoop a scoop of batter and pour it into a pan.

Gently turn the pan, the batter becomes a round shape.

Keep frying on a low fire, wait for the batter to set a little, set fire to the center of the garden cake and arrange the green onions into a rectangular shape.

Fold one side of the pie.

Fold the other two sides of the pie symmetrically.

Spread the batter on the side of the cake, fold the other side to stick the rectangular pan cake.

Fry it to slightly yellow on one side.

Fry the other side.

In another pot, heat the oil to about 70% heat, and fry the slightly fried dough until golden brown.
15.
Remove the oil control.
16.
Cut into small pieces.
