Houttuynia Stewed Chicken Soup

Wash the chicken and chop it into small pieces.

Wash the houttuynia cordata weed and cut into two pieces
3.
Cut green onion into sections, mince ginger
4.
Add water to a boil in the pot, add the chicken to blanch to remove the blood, then pick up and rinse.
5.
Put the chicken and houttuynia cordata (cold water into the pot) and the right amount of water,
6.
Boil on high fire, cover with lid and turn on low fire for about 1.5 hours
7.
Wait until the soup looks thick, add some salt to taste at the end
Tips:
1. The chicken has to be blanched and stewed first
