Tips:
1. The bread made is 750g, I use PE9500WT
2. High-gluten flour must be used for flour, medium and low-grade flour, high-temperature toast hole is not fixed, there is a phenomenon of recession and shrinkage, yeast must be used instant yeast, ordinary yeast fermentation time is more than 3 hours, the fermentation of bread machine is 2 Complete within hours.
3. The storage and consumption of bread. When the bread is just coming out of the oven, because it is still at a high temperature, the yeast in the bread has not completely disappeared. If the bread is eaten here, harmful carcinogens will be ingested. After the oven is baked, the bread can be eaten when the center temperature of the bread drops below 40 degrees and it can be cooled, because the yeast action will stop at this time, and the carbon dioxide in the bread has been fully discharged
