Tips:
1. Almond powder and powdered sugar must be mixed well.
2. The boiled sugar water should be boiled to a sufficient temperature.
3. When mixing the meringue, don't mix it too much to defoam.
4. Filling method: make a cream frosting, squeeze the jam in the middle: soften the butter, add powdered sugar, mix well, then add light cream, lemon juice, lemon zest and mix well.
