How to Make Preserved Egg Sausage

Prepare ingredients.

Put the eggs in the basin and beat them up.

Finely chop the songhua eggs and set aside.

Add the songhua egg to the egg liquid, add about 2 grams of noodle soda, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir well.

Prepare the mold and apply a layer of vegetable oil around it. (My mold is a bit too big)

Pour the egg liquid into the mold and cover the surface with plastic wrap.

Steam the steamer, put it in a mold, steam for 10 minutes on high heat, let cool and demould the slice.
Tips:
The mold is slightly smaller, and the film can be larger. My mold is a bit bigger, and the thickness of the steamed product is a bit thin.
