How to Make Raw Fried Tripe

Add the pasta water, baking soda, and papaya enzyme to the tripe, soak for 6 to 8 hours, during which it is best to turn it over several times.

Finely chop garlic and ginger.

Cut green and red peppers into small pieces, and cut green onions into sections.

Wash the marinated tripe, cut it with a cross knife, and change the knife into small pieces.

Rub water by hand, add appropriate amount of salt, mix well and set aside.

Heat the pan, add oil, ginger, spring onion, garlic, lees, salt and saute until fragrant.

Add the tripe and continue to stir fry.
