Hu's Lao Ganma Lentil Fried Rice

Smash the overnight rice

Cut the shallots, green onions, and carrots into small pieces. spare

Bring cold water into the diced lentils, boil and remove from the heat.

Remove the lentils to control the moisture.

Put two eggs into a bowl and beat them up, add appropriate amount of salt, and set aside.

Put cold oil into the pot, release the chopped green onion when the oil is hot.

Stir the chopped green onion to create a fragrance, add the egg mixture and stir fry on low heat

Stir the egg liquid until it is set and pierced.

The eggs are scrambled and served.

Take appropriate amount of Lao Gan Ma hot sauce for later use

Add cool oil to the pot and heat the oil into the diced lentils.

Stir-fry the lentils until they are almost cooked.

Add the carrots and continue to stir fry, the carrots produce yellow juice.

Add rice to turn off the heat, shovel evenly, turn on a low heat, and continue to stir fry.
15.
Add Laoganma chili sauce and stir fry to even out the fragrance
16.
Add the chopped green onion, stir fry evenly, and then turn off the heat.
Tips:
It’s best to use overnight rice!
