Hu's Private Egg Fried Rice

Cut the carrots, garlic moss, and sausage into small cubes, beat the eggs and fry them with salt, scoop them out and set aside.

Use a shovel to prick the lumps of overnight rice, so that it can be cooked evenly.

Heat the oil in the pan, first put the cut vegetables in, stir fry for a while, add rice after the garlic moss is cooked, the whole process must be low fire, stir fry for a while, add appropriate amount of salt, and then add eggs, continue to stir fry until cooked.
