Huadiao Steamed Crayfish

The main materials are ready;

Rinse the crayfish with clean water while scrubbing;

Crayfish cut off the prawn beard and shrimp gun, cut off the small claws, and open the back of the shrimp thread for use;

Use Huadiao wine, very fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to make steamed juice for later use;

A large piece of ginger is peeled, half sliced and half minced; part of the ginger sliced is placed on the bottom of the plate;

Lay the prepared crayfish, drizzle with Huadiao sauce, and sprinkle with ginger;

Sprinkle ground ginger evenly on the top;

Put it in the steamer and steam for 12 minutes;
