Huakai Fugui Shrimp

Prepare the materials. Wash the shrimp, mince the garlic, and mix all the condiments in a small bowl.

Soak the vermicelli with warm water to soften.
3.
Cut off the legs and whiskers, and cut the back of the shrimp with a knife or scissors.
4.
Chop the shrimp meat several times with the back of a knife to break the shrimp tendons.
5.
Place the soft soaked vermicelli in the plate, and use the vermicelli to plate high in the middle.
6.
Place the shrimp on the vermicelli.
7.
Mix the condiments and minced garlic evenly.
8.
Pour the sauce on the prawns~ After boiling, steam in the basket for about 6 minutes.
9.
Sprinkle with chili rings and chopped green onion after serving.
10.
In a separate pot, heat the oil and pour it on the steamed shrimp.
Tips:
Be sure to use the back of a knife to break the shrimp tendons~~~
