My mother said that she saw on TV that Polygonatum has a very high nutritional value. It is good for boiling soup and can enhance physical fitness, nourishes the vital energy, nourishes the heart and lungs, strengthens the bones and muscles. I didn’t know what it was before. I dared to buy it after watching TV. I just bought a little when I saw the supermarket selling it. It was good to cook with pork bones, and I added some Astragalus Codonopsis. It is very nourishing and suitable for winter drinking.
