Huang Jing Pork Bone Soup

Put Codonopsis, Astragalus, Lycium barbarum and Polygonatum into the basin.

After washing the pork bones, put them in a pot and blanch them.

Rinse the medicinal materials with water.

Add boiling water to the casserole and pour the washed herbs into the pot.

Add a few Ejiao jujube and dried longan.
6.
Put the pork bones after Nao Shui in the casserole.

Add a few slices of ginger.

Cover the pot and boil on high heat and change to low heat for one hour.
9.
After turning off the heat, add some salt to taste.

Pork bones can be boiled or replaced with lean meat or chicken.
