Huang Lei Same Style Noodles

Put some chili noodles, minced garlic, and chopped green onions in a bowl. I don’t like to eat scallions and garlic so much, so I put less, and put more, it tastes better. The chili noodles I bought are Qinjiao, which is not spicy and fragrant.
