I recently got a four-layer steamer, so I wondered how to make good use of it during the Spring Festival. So I thought of making this golden egg roll. I have always liked egg dishes very much. I learned to make egg dumplings before, and this golden egg roll was also stolen from my grandmother. Does the thin egg skin, wrapped with rich fillings, roll up layer by layer, does it look very attractive? "

3. Heat the pan, brush the bottom of the pan with oil, and pour the beaten egg liquid;

4. Shake the pan quickly to spread the egg liquid evenly on the bottom of the pan and fry into golden omelets for later use;

5. Add appropriate amount of salt, ginger powder, pepper and cooking wine to the meat filling;

6. Whip up strength in one direction;

7. . Spread the fried egg skin on the chopping board, and evenly spread the prepared meat filling on the egg skin;

8. Roll it up
