Huixiang Love Training Seafood Pizza

The onion and garlic are chopped and fry in heated olive oil. Sprinkle the tomato pellets to collect the juice. Add tomato juice, salt, pepper, sweet pepper, and sugar to taste. After 3 minutes, serve the tomato sauce and let it cool for later use. Dissolve the dry yeast in water.

Mix flour, salt and dry yeast, add hot water and olive oil, and ferment for 30 minutes in a container

Wash the white mushrooms and slice them. Take out the dough and divide it into two parts, and roll them into a round cake shape (only about 19cm in diameter), and then let it sit for about 15 minutes. Heat the pan, add green onions and white mushrooms and fry for a while, then pour in the shrimp and clam meat, fry at medium temperature for 5-8 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Slice the cheese. Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the pizza, and top with shrimp, clam meat and cheese slices.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, then put in the pizza and bake for about 20 minutes.
