Hummus Pancakes

Mix flour, sweet potato starch and white sugar;

Add clean water and stir evenly;
3.
Prepare the red bean paste; the amount is arbitrary, it doesn't matter if you have more or less;
4.
Place the frying pan on the fire and add an appropriate amount of corn oil; I use this Italian pensofal frying pan;

Pour the batter

Shake the frying pan. When the pancake can shake, spread the bean paste 1/2 of the pancake;

Fold the pancakes in half and fry them for a while; turn off the heat and cook the pancakes when their color turns yellow;
8.
Do not put oil in the frying pan, pour the batter;
9.
When the pancake can be shaken, spread it with red bean paste;
10.
Fold the pancake in half; the oil-free bean paste pancake is ready;
11.
The fried pancakes are cut into pieces and ready to eat.
Tips:
1. The amount of red bean paste is arbitrary, it doesn't matter if it is more or less;
2. My red bean paste is homemade, it's not particularly sweet, and it doesn't contain oil; it's healthier to eat;
3. My frying pan is a non-stick pan, so you can pancakes without oil; if it is not a non-stick pan, put more oil;
