Put high-gluten flour, sugar, yeast, milk powder, and salt into a mixing vessel and mix well;

1. Old dough and hot seed dough need to be prepared one day in advance. If not, increase the amount of yeast and reduce the amount of flour;
2. The water absorption of different brands of flour is different, so adjust as appropriate;
