Hydrangea Okra
1.
Add vegetable oil to the pot, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.
2.
Add the potato pieces and stir fry evenly.
3.
Add water, beef stock, seafood soy sauce, and salt, and cook until the potatoes are cooked. The broth is the key to good taste. The amount of water is less than that of the potatoes, so keep a little bit of soup for topping.
4.
Handle okra when roasting potatoes. Rinse with clean water.
5.
Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add a few drops of vegetable oil and a little salt, which can season the vegetables and keep the green color of the vegetables.
6.
Put the okra in cold water, drain the water, and cut into small pieces of uniform length, and place them on the bottom and around the bowl.
7.
Turn off the heat when the mashed potatoes are cooked.
8.
Use a spoon or special tool to press into a mud.
9.
Put the mashed potatoes into the bowl of okra.
10.
Put a plate on the bowl and turn it upside down.
