How many people remember flying fish crispy popsicles?
The shape of a fish, the crispy skin of dark chocolate, the surface has small crispy particles

I always like to eat the crispy skin first, revealing the cold and smooth ice cream, licking one bite after another, and my mouth feels very refreshing in the hot summer.

But there will always be my mother’s voice next to me: Don’t be greedy, it will cause stomach pains. When I become a mother, I will also persuade my children in this way. You can’t eat more frozen food.

Only with this kind of biscuits, it may not be fake, but it can bring children a different delicious experience and visual enjoyment.

Ice Cream Biscuits

1. After the butter is softened, add the syrup and stir evenly by hand

2. Add eggs and salt, mix well

3. Sift in low powder, stir evenly with a spatula, then put it in a fresh-keeping bag, flatten it with a rolling pin, and refrigerate for 1 hour

4. Draw the shape of the popsicle on oil paper and cut it out as a mold

5. After taking out the dough, put the popsicle paper on top of the dough and use a sharp knife to carve out the shape

6. Put it into the baking tray, put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, heat up and down 160 degrees, 15 minutes

7. Let it cool on the grill after it’s out of the oven

8. After cooling down completely, squeeze the chocolate sauce and sprinkle with sugar beads.
