Pour the butter into a large bowl and stir well
8.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for about an hour
9.
If bubbles appear on the surface of the batter, it means it has fermented.
10.
Grease on both sides of the waffle maker. After preheating for two minutes, scoop an appropriate amount of batter into the mold, cover with the lid and start heating
11.
Turn the waffle over halfway to make it evenly heated
12.
Fry on both sides for two or three minutes. When the color is golden, you can take it out. You can start with your favorite fruit and ice cream.
Tips:
1. Before making waffles, be sure to heat the waffle maker for two minutes. If the preheating is not enough, the batter will stick to the mold easily;
2. Oil must be brushed inside the mold.
