Ice Cream Waffles
1.
Prepare ingredients. 250ml milk, 2 eggs, 175g low-gluten flour, 60g butter, 2g salt, 25g spun sugar, 4g dry yeast powder.
2.
Heat the milk to about 40 degrees and pour it into a bowl. Then pour the dry yeast powder into a bowl. Stir well and let it stand for a while.
3.
The butter melts in water.
4.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl, then add sugar and continue beating until there are no particles.
5.
Sift in low-gluten flour and salt and continue to mix well.
6.
Pour the milk in twice, then stir well.
7.
Pour the butter into a large bowl and stir well.
8.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for about an hour.
9.
The appearance of bubbles on the surface of the batter indicates that it has been fermented.
10.
Grease both sides of the waffle maker. After preheating for two minutes, scoop an appropriate amount of batter into the mold. Put the lid on and start heating.
11.
Turn the waffle over halfway to make it evenly heated.
12.
Fry for two or three minutes on both sides, and you can take it out when the color is golden. Pair it with your favorite fruits and ice cream to start.
Tips:
1. Before making waffles, be sure to heat the waffle maker for two minutes. If the preheating is not enough, the batter will easily stick to the mold.
2. Oil must be brushed inside the mold.
