Ice Grass

Pick off the old part of the ice grass.

Wash, drain and set aside.
3.
Put 1 scoop of oil in a non-stick pan.
4.
Add light soy sauce, soft white sugar, and stir evenly over medium-low heat.
5.
Put the well-stirred soup into a container and squeeze a little mustard.
6.
Stir evenly, ready to eat.
Tips:
Mustard is added according to personal preference.
