Ice Pork Bun

Stir-fry the peanuts and white sesame seeds.

Peel the peanuts and crush them with a rolling pin.

Pre-made ice meat (I have it in my previous recipe).

Take a container and put peanuts, white sesame seeds and iced meat into it. , Add sugar and corn oil.

Add 1 tablespoon of flour to the filling (the secret recipe!), mix well and set aside.

Knead the flour with yeast and put it in the refrigerator to ferment (also included in the previous recipe).

The dough can be used after it is fermented twice.

Divide the dough into evenly sized doses.

Press the tablet and roll it into a thin skin on the thick side in the middle.

Put the stuffing on the dough and put it in the palm of your left hand, and pinch the pleats with your right hand.

Put the steamed buns in a cage, wake up for 15 minutes, and steam for 20 minutes.

5 minutes after turning off the heat, remove the cage and uncover the lid.

Tips:
Add some flour to the filling to help dissolve the sugar.
