Iced Plum Pickled Cherry Tomatoes
1.
First wash the cherry tomatoes, and pick each cherry tree with a clean toothpick.
2.
A clean, oil-free and odor-free pot with boiling water that can soak the cherry tomatoes.
3.
After the water boils, pour the cherry tomatoes in the first step into the boiling water and blanch it for about 1 minute, remove it, and quickly sublime it with cold water.
4.
You can change the cold water several times to facilitate rapid cooling. Then you can peel the cherry tomatoes while watching TV. Because I used a toothpick to pick it up before, it can be easily processed after the hot and cold stimulation.
5.
When peeling, you can boil the plum rock sugar directly. The amount of water is enough to flood the cherry tomatoes. In order to make the plum taste faster, you can start cooking it in the first step of the processing or use boiling water to soak it and cook it again. You can increase the plum or reduce the amount of rock sugar according to personal preference. It will be sweeter when it is cold than when it is hot, so be aware of this. After cooking, turn off the heat and let cool.
6.
Dip the peeled cherry tomatoes in step 4 in the chilled plum syrup in step 5. Put it in the refrigerator to soak for half a day, the longer the time, the better the taste.
7.
Let's enjoy it. The impregnated plum syrup can be used several times. Or if you like this taste, it's good to drink directly as a cold drink.
8.
This is to be brought to the company for everyone to eat. Isn't the fan cute? !
