Iced Porridge

Soak the saponaria rice peach gum with water one night in advance, remove impurities after soaking the peach gum

Mix the soaked saponified rice and peach gum with the rice, add appropriate amount of water, and stew in a pressure cooker for half an hour, then unplug the power and simmer for another half an hour. After the stewed porridge is naturally allowed to cool and put in the refrigerator for one to two hours

Sprinkle the refrigerated porridge with sugar and add chopped almonds.
