Beat the butter + powdered sugar and add the egg liquid in batches and stir evenly. Finally, add the flour and stir to form a dough. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and chill for about two hours.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it into a dough sheet with a thickness of about 0.5mm
