It is said that since December, it has entered the "end-of-the-year carnival." Winter solstice, Christmas, New Year's Day, Spring Festival, one after another, one after another, the streets and alleys are covered with festive costumes, men, women and children are full of festive smiles. It doesn't matter what traditional festivals or foreign festivals are, as long as it makes everyone happy, whatever festival is fine! No, taking advantage of Christmas and New Year's Day, the little chef also made some gingerbread for friends. Baking biscuits and painting icing are quite fun, and my daughter also joined in the fun. She had to draw a few for classmates and took a look. The picture above is my daughter’s creation. She still felt that she was still very interested, so she had to let me bake a few more dishes. She was drawing and playing. My wife and I finally started a PK. Her dad said, I made traditional patterns, and my daughter had more personality. Look, there are bikinis. It seems that this baking is also a parent-child. What a great project! "

1. Soften the butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar, and beat until pale.

2. Add egg and honey in portions and beat evenly. (I added brown sugar honey).

3. Add brown sugar to warm water to melt.

4. Let cool, pour in, and beat evenly.

5. Sift in low-gluten flour + cinnamon powder + turmeric powder.

6. Use a spatula or directly to mix into a dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for half an hour.

7. Divide the dough into 3-4 parts of the right size and roll them into 2 mm slices. Use a fork to pierce some small holes in the dough.

8. Use a mold to press out the graphics. The excess continues to roll out the pattern.

9. Spread the pressed biscuits evenly on the baking tray (except for non-stick molds, but also with linoleum).

10. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 10-15 minutes. (Adjust the temperature according to your own oven temperament). I hope the dark ones can stay in the oven for a while after the time is up.

11. Add 25 grams of egg white to 5 milliliters of lemon juice and 150 grams of sugar powder. Use a manual whisk to beat until thick.

12. Divide the icing sugar into five portions, leaving more white. Add pigment cream to the remaining four and mix thoroughly.

13. Load the piping tape and cut a small cut.

14. Draw the pattern you like according to your preferences.

15. Just let it dry.

16. The cute gingerbread is ready.

17. It's so good to pack it into a bag to give it away.
