Illuminate The Colors of The Rainbow-arctic Shellfish Mixed with Green Onions

Cut the Arctic scallops in half and do not cut them off, and clean the dirt in the internal organs.

Chop garlic and ginger into puree.

Cut green onions into shreds.

Wash the lettuce.
